Relation among Management great qualities

This relation can be explain through simple examples such as

If you are driving a care then its your quality that you have a car and also know how to drive while during driving its your management to acknowledge road safety distance mileage ...speed ratio and time management.

This relation can also be explained through an example of food dish
such as 
Qualities work as ingredients and technique to mix and cook with these ingredients supposed to be managing without both things you can not be a good sheaf.
Qualities are like milestones towards a better destination of management without following milestones you never reach to your destination.To manage things without any quality is just like to have a wish of flying without having wings.
Qualities can be transformed to you by your elders but playing with them up to you a better player should be a better manager
Management act as roof having different quality pillars.
Every one of us have qualities but less management so if we stream and combine both things in a positive way we should lead our people to a social reform
